Privacy Policy

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising and has no forms. The MealPrepPro app stores the data you give it to provide meal planning, does not contain third-party advertising, and lets you delete your account from Settings.

This policy explains how J&H Technology LLC ("we", "us") handles information on the website weeklymealprep.food and gives a summary of how the MealPrepPro iOS app (App Store name "Meal Prep - Weekly Planner") handles data. The privacy policy shown inside the app is the authoritative policy for the app; if the two differ, the in-app policy applies to the app.

This website

What we collect

  • No cookies. This site does not set cookies or use local storage.
  • No analytics or advertising. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts or third-party embeds.
  • No forms. There are no forms or accounts on this site. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard technical data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and time in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not combine this with other data or use it for advertising.

The site links to the App Store, to our company site and to public sources such as USDA and FDA pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

The MealPrepPro app

Information the app uses

The app stores the information you give it so it can work, such as:

  • your email address and profile details if you create an account;
  • dietary preferences and restrictions, and nutrition goals;
  • recipes you save or create, meal plans, shopping lists and pantry items;
  • food photos you choose to add;
  • device type, operating system and basic app usage and crash information.

You can use the core planner without an account; in that case your data stays on your device.

How it is used

To provide meal planning features, generate shopping lists, calculate nutrition, sync your data across devices when you are signed in, send the reminders you turn on, and improve the service.

Service providers

  • Supabase: database and authentication when you sign in.
  • Apple App Store: subscription payments. We do not receive your payment card details.
  • Expo: delivery of push notifications.
  • Open Food Facts: product lookups when you scan a barcode.
  • Walmart: if you use Walmart ordering, the items you send are passed to Walmart in a link that opens Walmart's site or app, where Walmart's privacy policy applies.

Advertising

The app does not contain third-party advertising and does not include advertising SDKs.

Your choices and rights

  • Access and export: you can view your recipes and plans in the app, and export lists with Premium.
  • Delete: open Settings in the app and choose Delete Account to delete your account and associated data.
  • Notifications: turn reminders on or off in the app or in iOS Settings.
  • Questions or requests: email support@jandhtechnology.com.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Server-side data is protected with access controls so each account can access only its own data. No system is perfectly secure; please report security issues as described in our security policy.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above.
