Terms of Use

These terms cover the weeklymealprep.food website. Use of the MealPrepPro app is governed by the in-app Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Subscriptions are billed and refunded by Apple.

These terms apply to the website weeklymealprep.food, operated by J&H Technology LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

The app

Your use of the MealPrepPro iOS app is governed by the Terms of Service shown inside the app and by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (opens in a new tab). Key points:

  1. Free download, optional subscription. The app is free to download. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) sold through the App Store. See the App Store for current pricing in your country.
  2. Free trials. If a free trial is offered to you, its length and the price after the trial are shown before you confirm. The subscription renews automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
  3. Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
  4. Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in a new tab).
  5. Your content. You keep ownership of recipes and other content you create. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or that is unlawful or offensive.

Website content

  • The articles and guides on this site are for general information. They are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian about your own needs, especially if you have a medical condition, allergy or are pregnant.
  • Dietary filters and labels such as halal, kosher and gluten-free describe recipe ingredients. They are not religious or allergen certifications. Always check product labels and certifications yourself.
  • Food safety information summarizes public guidance from USDA, FoodSafety.gov and the FDA. Follow current official guidance and use a food thermometer.
  • Comparison pages reflect information we could verify on other companies' official websites on the date shown. Product names belong to their owners, and those companies do not endorse MealPrepPro.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities outside our security policy, or scrape it in a way that degrades service. AI and search crawlers that respect robots.txt are welcome.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, screenshots and the MealPrepPro name and icon are owned by J&H Technology LLC. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, J&H Technology LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
